I led trade marketing initiatives for flagship products, driving Hazy IPA to the #3 spot in craft IPA's and Wow Wheat to #1 in craft wheat sales throughout the Arizona market. I created and managed the award-winning Thirst For Adventure program, including key initiatives like the Save Our Saguaros event and a $40K partnership with the Arizona Lottery.
My efforts also included launching 360° integrated campaigns and recurring branded events like the Ghost Tour, which generated year-over-year revenue growth. I expanded retail and e-commerce sales, achieving over $1M in incremental revenue annually. Additionally, I coordinated the Four Peaks for Teachers charitable program, securing $80K in donations for community support in my first year.

I managed the distribution of campaign assets across 13 locations in four states, ensuring consistent signage and promotional materials for both retail and event settings.
