I love to bring a mix of marketing strategy, design thinking, and event coordination to the table, which allows me to approach campaigns with both creativity and structure. Over the years, I’ve found that my strength lies in being able to connect all the moving parts of a project—whether it’s visuals, messaging, or in-person experiences—into something that feels thoughtful and cohesive. With a background in design, I naturally pay close attention to the small details that help tell a bigger story. And when it comes to events, I enjoy creating moments that feel intentional and memorable, often finding simple ways to add depth and meaning that elevate the experience. I’m always thinking about how each touchpoint works together to support the overall goal, and I take pride in building campaigns that are not only effective but feel genuine and well-crafted.

I lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and sales—with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional experiences at every touchpoint. From overseeing SEO/SEM and paid media efforts to guiding guests through the marketing bowtie, I ensure each stage of the customer journey is intentional, data-informed, and brand-aligned. My approach blends storytelling with performance—tracking analytics, maximizing ROI, and refining tactics through market research, performance insights, and feedback. I also manage CRM and loyalty programs to deepen guest relationships, and collaborate closely with F&B teams to launch timely promotions and limited-time offers.

A key part of this work is leading strategic social efforts, from high-level planning to real-time execution. I develop platform-specific content strategies that build an authentic brand voice and connect meaningfully with our audience. This includes managing content calendars, directing creative, engaging in community management, and leveraging influencer partnerships and paid social campaigns. Every effort is crafted to amplify reach, increase engagement, and turn online interactions into lasting brand loyalty.

I developed and lead brand strategies aimed at growing market share, deepening consumer awareness, and building long-term brand loyalty. Collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and product teams, I help bring impactful campaigns, launches, and point-of-sale materials to life. My work is grounded in data—using consumer insights, trend analysis, and competitive research to guide direction and uncover new opportunities. I oversaw brand consistency across packaging, digital platforms, events, and advertising, while carefully managing budgets to ensure strong ROI. By strengthening relationships with distributors, retailers, and strategic partners, I increased product visibility and availability across key markets. Additionally, I’ve built out the retail department and expanded e-commerce efforts, generating over $1M in added revenue within the first year.

2008

As the Creative Designer and Event Manager for Fascinations, I played an integral role in the development of creative assets for seasonal campaigns, collaborating closely with the team to bring concepts to life. I contributed to the creation of graphics, photoshoots, and other design elements, ensuring that all materials were cohesive and aligned with the brand’s identity. I helped manage the distribution of campaign assets across all 13 locations in four states, ensuring consistency in signage and promotional materials for both retail and event settings.

In addition to my design contributions, I was actively involved in the planning and execution of educational events, both in-store and at festivals, that engaged customers and promoted the brand’s commitment to intimacy and wellness. I also supported the development and execution of a female-friendly store remodel, which aimed to create a more inclusive and welcoming space for all customers, reflecting the evolving needs of the community. My role was centered around collaboration, ensuring that each element of the campaign or event was thoughtfully executed and supported the overall goals of the brand.
