MARKETING DIRECTOR
Spinato's Pizzeria
2022-Present
As Marketing Director at Spinato’s Pizza, I led strategic marketing roadmaps that doubled revenue by 2025 through new location growth, key partnerships, and brand awareness and reputation initiatives.
I spearheaded a full brand repositioning by clarifying our target demographic and future growth forecast, conducting competitive analysis, and identifying gaps within the local market. This work resulted in a clear, tangible brand positioning anchored by an overarching CCI. I implemented ongoing listening and refinement processes to ensure the strategy remained effective, while driving internal integration so the repositioning was consistently felt across all brand touch points.
Through an intentional, reputation-forward marketing strategy that avoided guest discount fatigue, I tripled third-party sales and achieved an average 13% ROAS.
I increased SEO performance by more than 200% and significantly raised overall brand awareness through comprehensive website audits, keyword optimization, and a focused non-branded keyword strategy.
I launched impactful brand and hyper-local partnerships that strengthened community engagement and reinforced local identity, aligning with relevant legacy brands while also supporting and elevating emerging businesses.
Our team led the company’s 50th Anniversary campaign, delivering a year-long celebration featuring guest-focused surprise-and-delight moments, a robust brand awareness campaign, unique experiences, and sustained excitement without audience fatigue.
We also launched the company ESOP, fostering employee ownership and brand pride, and developed a supportive follow-up strategy to ensure the program remained deeply connected to our core brand over time.
My work included building the company’s first CRM, launching a loyalty program, and developing the online app with a gamification layer that mirrored ongoing partnerships and campaign initiatives. These efforts were designed to increase retention, drive repeat visits, and grow guest lifetime value (LTV).
In 2025–2026, during a challenging market for the industry, I developed and led a positive review strategy driven by digital marketing, website enhancements, brand ambassador programs, and internal operational education around evolving consumer expectations. This initiative successfully improved Google and Yelp KPIs across locations.
Despite operating with a lean budget, our team consistently maximized impact and delivered results that rivaled competitors with significantly larger marketing investments.
BRAND MANAGER

Four Peaks Brewing
2012- 2022
As Brand Manager at Four Peaks Brewing Company, I developed and executed brand strategies that significantly increased market share, brand awareness, and guest loyalty.
I collaboratively led three flagship brands and their trade marketing initiatives across on- and off-premise channels, driving Hazy IPA to the #3 craft IPA in Arizona and WOW Wheat to the #1 craft wheat brand in the state.
I championed the award-winning Thirst for Adventure program, which launched hAZy IPA through a purpose-driven, multi-market campaign. The program included a National Parks–focused charitable initiative, hyper-local community activations, and a cohesive creative storyline designed to resonate across all markets. As part of this effort, I partnered with the National Forest Foundation and the U.S. Forest Service to create Save Our Saguaros, an event supporting post-fire restoration in the Four Peaks Mountains. This initiative positioned the mountains as a core brand promise and extended beyond messaging into hands-on volunteer efforts.
The program generated additional trade support, including a $40K donation from the Arizona Lottery and a collaborative QSR placement within the market. I also helped scale the initiative nationally by directing a portion of proceeds to park partners tied to our markets, including the Grand Canyon Conservancy, Zion Forever Project, and Western National Parks Association. These partnerships strengthened the campaign narrative and fueled impactful creative executions, including cross-collaborations with Wild Tribute, which produced a limited-edition hAZy IPA collector’s art pack. A QR code embedded on packaging led consumers into the full campaign story, volunteer opportunities, and the measurable community impact of the program.
The campaign evolved further with the introduction of a sweepstakes-driven trade incentive designed to appeal to consumers drawn to nature, travel, and curated experiences. I secured a partnership with BOHO Camper Vans, resulting in an extended program that awarded ten one-week camper van rentals, each paired with a National Parks Pass.
For WOW Wheat Ale, I worked closely with the sales team and The Joy Bus to bring to life a bright, creative, and uplifting campaign that mirrored the charity’s mission, fostered goodwill, and united the community around a shared cause.
My role also included launching experiential and drive-to-retail campaigns, as well as recurring branded events such as the Four Peaks Ghost Tour, which sold out annually and generated consistent year-over-year revenue growth.
I expanded both retail and e-commerce channels, delivering more than $1M in incremental annual revenue. In addition, I led the Four Peaks for Teachers charitable program, securing $80K in community donations within the first year.

As Creative Designer and Event Manager at Fascinations, I played a key role in driving brand growth by developing and executing creative assets for seasonal and evergreen campaigns. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to design graphics, direct and oversee photo shoots, and ensure all visual materials were cohesive, compelling, and aligned with the brand’s evolving identity.
I championed the build-out of an internal print shop, overseeing the production and distribution of campaign assets across 13 locations in four states. This included creating and implementing visual merchandising guidelines that ensured consistency in signage, promotional materials, and in-store storytelling across a wide range of retail environments. For locations with display windows, I artfully curated custom window installations, transforming campaign concepts into immersive, three-dimensional experiences that brought the brand to life in-store.
Beyond design, I contributed to the planning and execution of customer-focused educational events, both in-store and at large-scale festivals. These experiences reinforced the brand’s commitment to intimacy, wellness, and education, while creating welcoming, approachable moments for guests to connect with the brand in meaningful ways.
I also ideated and helped lead the concept of a female-friendly store remodel, which was enthusiastically approved and executed in collaboration with multiple departments. The redesign focused on enhancing the guest experience, reflecting evolving community needs, and creating a warm, safe, and inviting environment for female shoppers; one that encouraged social shopping experiences for friends and couples alike.
Our team was highly creative and unafraid to think outside the box, allowing us to stand apart from competitors in a crowded retail landscape. We hand-curated promotional photo shoots by building custom sets, developing thematic concepts, and producing original content that felt authentic and distinctive, intentionally avoiding generic stock imagery in favor of storytelling-driven visuals.
One of my favorite campaigns was our Halloween Tarot Card series, where we re-imagined costumes as tarot archetypes that invited guests to explore their inner character. The campaign was brought to life through custom-designed cards and supported by live tarot readings at in-store and event activations, creating a deeply curated, interactive experience that made guests feel seen, special, and one of a kind.
My role was defined by collaboration, strategic creativity, and hands-on execution. I ensured every campaign and event aligned with brand objectives while taking creative ownership to help steer the brand in a more authentic, guest-centric direction, one that elevated both the experience and the business.
