Get Used To It!
We’re Here, We’re Beer. Get Used to It was built hand-in-hand with five local LGBTQIA+ organizations to ensure the campaign was done responsibly, transparently, and sincerely; with no focus on profit, only real impact. Together, we launched a bold, tropical IPA with 100% of proceeds donated directly to the community. More than a fundraiser, the campaign was a celebration of what beer has always represented: diversity, connection, and belonging. We worked to create a space where everyone felt welcome because beer, like community, is at its best when it’s inclusive, vibrant, and full of different voices coming together.
Open To Business
For Everyone
Before starting this collaboration, we made a public commitment by officially signing the Open to Business for Everyone pledge and formally supporting Arizona’s bipartisan anti-discrimination bill. The Open to Business for Everyone initiative by ONE Community promotes equality and economic inclusion by encouraging businesses to stand firmly against discrimination. It also plays a vital role in raising awareness for the need to protect LGBTQIA+ individuals in employment, housing, and public spaces. By uniting businesses, leaders, and communities, the campaign sends a clear message: Arizona thrives when it is welcoming, and fair to all.

We’re proud to have worked alongside incredible organizations that are leading real change in Arizona: ONE Community, Equality Arizona, one∙n∙ten, Phoenix Pride, Aunt Rita’s Foundation, and the Southwest Center. Each of these groups brings vital support, advocacy, and resources to the LGBTQIA+ community, and partnering with them allowed us to build a campaign rooted in authenticity, transparency, and impact. Their leadership and guidance helped ensure our efforts went beyond celebration, driving real awareness, providing critical support services, and reinforcing that Arizona is strongest when it is inclusive, diverse, and open to all.

We’re Here, We’re Beer, Get Used To It is a vibrant, fruit-forward IPA brewed with a lively mix of kiwi, guava, cherries, strawberries, pineapples, and peaches. Every ingredient was carefully chosen to reflect the diverse, and joyful spirit of the LGBTQIA+ community. Everything was developed collaboratively, with direct input from local organizations serving Arizona’s LGBTQIA+ community; including ONE Community, Equality Arizona, one∙n∙ten, Phoenix Pride, Aunt Rita’s Foundation, and the Southwest Center. Their involvement ensured that the beer wasn’t just a product, it was an expression of pride, made with authenticity.
Beer Doesn't Discriminate Tee & Glassware
To kick off the launch of We’re Here, We’re Beer, Get Used To It, we hosted a celebratory beer dinner at our pub, inviting all six partner organizations to join us for an evening of community, gratitude, and pride, on us. Each guest received a commemorative glass and T-shirt to mark the occasion, symbolizing the shared effort and spirit behind the collaboration. To extend the celebration even further, we gave away 100 limited-edition glasses to guests on launch day, and throughout the campaign, 100% of all merch proceeds went back to our partner organizations. It wasn’t just a launch, it was a heartfelt thank-you to those doing the real work every day.
